Tilda with Flowing Hair...

Happy St. Patty's Day Everyone!!! Now, I'm sure you noticed already that my post isn't covered in green to celebrate the big day. Sorry about that! But, I'm Italian and Polish, without an ounce of Irish, so I'm going forward as usual and color coordinating with my card :-)

Tilda with Flowing Hair

I decided to ink up 'Tilda with Flowing Hair' for this challenge. I had forgotten that I had this image and I was so excited to find her.  She's from the 'Hoppy Easter' collection and she's so versatile. I've paired her with the 'Tulip Walkway', which is my new favorite background image.

The dp's are new from JilliBean and I JUST LOVE THEM! Brown is my absolute favorite color and when paired with orange and yellow it's just that much more gorgeous! I used a Sizzix embossing folder on the yellow cs from SU. It frames the scene beautifully, don't you think? All flowers are from WOC. The ribbon is from my stash. I added some flower soft to the basket of flowers for a little added texture.

Both images are colored with a combo of Copic markers and watercolor with Ranger DI's. Here are the details:

Copics -
skin: E000, 00, 11, 31, R20, RV21
hair: E41, 42, 43, 44

DI's -
fired brick, dried marigold, spiced marmalade, scattered straw, shabby shutters, black soot, weathered wood, peeled paint, forest moss, tumbled glass, stormy sky, pine needles, antique linen, walnut stain, vintage photo

Thank you so much for stopping by!  I hope you'll leave me a little comment to let me know you were here :-)

Tilda with Hanging Rabbit...

Happy Sunday Night Everyone!!! I've had an extremely busy weekend and I'm so looking forward to some relaxing craft time during this next week. Yesterday we had a birthday party to attend and I spent the better part of today calculating commissions for our salespeople. OMG what a task that is! One of these days I need to get better organized, or maybe I'll just have to hire that bookkeeper!

Tilda with Hanging Rabbit

This little darling is 'Tilda with Hanging Rabbit' and she's from Magnolia's Butterfly Dreams collection. I just love this little darling! That bunny is the sweetest little thing! I've paired this little Tilda with two digis from Make It Crafty: Petals and Palings, and The Ivy Swing. If you look at the images on their site, you'll see that I didn't color the flowers on the swing. I wanted it to look like ivy so I colored them to look more like leaves. I hope they don't mind! The dp's are from K&Co's new 'Julianne' collection. I just love this 6x6 paper pad! It's more than 1 inch thick and there are so many gorgeous patterns to choose from. Cs is by both SU and Bazzill. The twine, flower buttons, and pearls are from my stash. The pearls started out an ivory color and I changed that with my Copic marker Y21. Now they match the buttons! Yay Copics!!!

The images were colored 100% with Copic markers. Here are the details:

Dress - RV91, 93, 95, N3, N5
Skin - E0000, E000, E00, E11, E21, E31, R20, RV21
Hair - E42, E43, E44, E50
Tree/Swing - E40, E42, E43, E44, E50
Flowers - R30, Y08, Y11
Sky - B0000
Birds - B21, B60
Grass/Leaves - E40, YG61, YG91, YG97
Bunny - E40, W1
Shadows - W00, W1, W3, W5
Pearls - Y21

Well, I think that's everything! I had a wonderful time making this card. I hope you enjoyed it as well. Thanks so much for stopping by :-)

Wishing You a Day Filled with Happiness...

Hi Everyone!  I've got a card to share with you today. I made this card several weeks ago and waited to post it until after I gave it to my bestest friend, Racquel, for her birthday. We've been friends for well over 20 years and she means the world to me. We met today for her birthday lunch and did a little shopping. She was looking for a spring trench coat and, even though I wasn't in the market for one, we both ended up purchasing the same one! No surprise, we've done that kinda thing for years :-)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my card. I really enjoyed making it and I'm just thrilled with how it turned out. Here goes....

Tilda with Heart Lace

This little sweetie is 'Tilda with Heart Lace' from Magnolia's 'You Are So Special' collection. She's currently in stock over at Magnolia-licious so hop on over and get yours! I looked all over for the little sheet of paper that has the details of this card and it's nowhere to be found. That's what I get for waiting to post it!!! I do know that I colored her with Copic markers. The flowers are all from WOC and the sentiments are from Verve Stamps. The rest is a mystery at this point. I've got several photos so you can see the card from all angles...inside and out.

That's it for today! Thank you so much for stopping by :-)

'Shabby Chic' Tilda

Hey there everyone!!! I don't do this 'Shabby Chic' theme too often, but I'm thrilled with the way it turned out. I hope you enjoy it :-)

'Shabby Chic' Tilda
This image is part of Magnolia's most recent kit and the name has not yet been released. I would imagine that it'll be out soon though!  And when it is, I'm sure Diana will get it in right away at Magnolia-licious.  So be on the look out!

I cut the image with a SB circle die and then outlined it with pieces from a border that I punched with a MS punch. I cut the border into pieces and then secured them individually behind the image in a circle to create the lace-like border. The dp's are from Webster's Pages and cs is by Bazzill. I found the beige lace at Really Reasonable Ribbon and trimmed the end's of it with brads from American Crafts.

The black organza ribbon is from my stash. I decorated the bow with some flowers from WOC. The image was painted using a combo of Copic markers and watercolor with Ranger DI's. The inside of the card is decorated to compliment the cover.

That's all I have for today! Thanks so much for stopping by :-) I would love for you to leave a little comment to let me know what you think of my project.

Who Framed Tilda?

Hello Everyone!!!  I'm back with a quick post and another card with Tilda!  She's from the new 'Butterfly Dreams' collection.  Here's how it turned out. I hope you like it!!!

Tilda's Been Framed!

This sweet lil' darling is Tilda with Lace Jeans. I paired her with Tulip Walkway, which is from the same collection. I just love the pairing of these two images. It looks as if Tilda was just bending over to smell the flowers! Nothing screams Spring like the smell of fresh flowers!!!

The dp's are actually scraps from an earlier project and I have no idea who the manufacturer is. The white paper lace is from Magnolia. I used 2 MS punches for the bright pink lace background and the leaves for the flowers. All of the flowers are from WOC. The pink silk ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon. Almost forgot...all of the flowers got a bit of stardust Stickles.

Per usual, this lil' sweetie is colored with a combo of Copic markers and watercolor with Ranger DI's. No details...I was in a hurry and cleaned up before I wrote them down...sorry :-(

That's it for today! Thank you so much for stopping by.
